Our Policies
Minimum Order for delivery $30. No minimums for orders picked up at the Harvest Moon Store at the Herbert University Center. $12 Delivery fee for orders under $30.

Clean up
Catering will return to pick up any food service equipment used after the conclusion of your event. Please note any special clean up considerations on your order. Clean up for orders placed on disposable service ware is the responsibility of the host.
 
Billing/guarantee procedures
Please plan your event as far in advance as possible the more time you have to plan, the better we can accommodate your event!

UNF Dining Services requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking(the 50% deposit does not apply to UNF departments). To ensure precise production, a final guarantee for the number of guests to be served is required three business days prior to the event date. Your guaranteed number of guests represents the minimum billing price. Should the number of guests in attendance exceed the number of guests guaranteed; the final bill will be adjusted accordingly. The remaining balance for your event estimate is due the day of the event. Any additional charges, such as bar charges, extended labor or others will be due at the conclusion of your event.

LATE ORDERS:
Events scheduled less than 72 hours in advance may be charged a 20% late booking fee. Last minute orders are subject to product and delivery limitations.

MINIMUM ORDERS:
Minimum guest counts vary by menu item. Any requests for counts below the stated minimum will incur an additional 20% surcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any event cancelled less than 3 working days prior to the scheduled start date will be liable for the entire amount of all anticipated fees for all services requested.

CATERING SERVICE TIMES:
Catering service times are as follows:
Beverage breaks = 1 hour,
Breakfasts, Luncheons, and Receptions = 2 hours
Dinners = 2 hours.

An additional charge of $1.00 per person, per half-hour will be assessed for any catering function that lasts longer than the predefined catering service times to compensate for additional labor costs. A surcharge of $1.00 per person will be assessed if the scheduled serving time is delayed thirty minutes or longer.
